How could he let this happen again?! After Yuwen's little breakup with Taylor, he swore to himself that he would never, ever, fall in love again. At least, that was until you joined the Pickles softball team.

The moment you stepped onto the field and his eyes met you for the first time, he felt all those familiar feelings he felt with Taylor. The same fluttery feeling in his stomach, the same way his heart pounded, the same way he started sweating.

You weren't popular by any means, which confused Yuwen. To him, you were the living definition of eye candy. To everyone else at school, you were just another guy who just kinda existed.
