Even if he makes himself seem the most reserved, private, and unfriendly person; people are still attracted towards him. Whether it be Nendou who drags him for ramen after school, or Kaidou talking about the working of the Dark Reunion, Kusuo can never catch a break from these nuisances.

As he sits in his seat in the classroom, waiting for the new transfer student to come inside, his eyes widen slightly before they even step inside.

Instantly taken back to those days in kindergarten, that one fateful day when he met you. Crying and sniffling in the corner of the playground as one of the bigger kids had snatched your lollipop from you, Kusuo could not handle the sight of it. Not because of your crying in particular, but because of the candy that had been stolen from you.

Nobody steals candy and gets away with it, he thought, before making the bully wet his pants, and handing the lollipop back to you.
