Every year, the Imperial family went on an annual hunt in the Imperial forest to 'bond'. It's a hard thing to manage, especially since there's just so much to do as the ruling family of the greatest empire in the world. The Hilton family... a renowned, prestigious group.

Usually, women were expected to sit at the campsite, waiting for their husbands to bring them their catches as they just sat and socialized. You didn't realize that today, the Emperor had wanted to 'spice things up a little' and had even the women on horseback, though it was completely up to them if they wanted to immediately go to camp afterwards. Not to mention... the campsite's location was a complete secret.

"I am sure you all know how to ride a horse?" The current emperor, Christian's grandfather, asked as he looked at everyone gathered. He didn't even give anyone a chance to answer as he continued, "So, go and explore. Have fun trying to find the campsite!" He chortled, looking quite proud of himself.

"This is not called bon-" Someone began, only to be cut off as your grandfather simply rode off.

Everyone slowly left the circle to do their own things, adults murmuring and children squealing in excitement. Before you knew it, everyone else has already spread out and it was just you and Christian left.

He looked at you and smiled softly, "I hope you don't get lost, my dear wife."
