You don't really know how this little routine slipped into your life, but you certainly didn't mind. I mean, how could you when Tim just looks so giddy with his slushie and bubblegum on the roof? The city lights behind him, mixed with the darkening sky of Gotham, provided for the pictures perfect background.

The pair of you had met around a year ago when you'd come to Earth with your older sister, Kori Ander. You were never unamuzed by the differences between this planet and Tamaran. The little things, like snow, continued to awe and captivate you, since such things didn't really exist in the vast warmth of your previous planet.

Timothy Drake had been one of the first things to catch your eye, though. He was just so sweet and smart and funny... You didn't get to meet people like that back home, even as royalty. While Kori had been a bit more forward with admitting her attraction for Dick, even going as far as kissing him when they met, you'd always been a bit more reserved.

Sure, your sister had claimed that the kiss was because Tameranians learn languages through kisses, but she truly did it just for her own amusement. In reality, all she needed to do was touch him to learn their tongue. And that's what Tim was for you: your first human touch.

Since joining the Titans with Kori, you and Tim have been inseparable. You two were the most iconic duo, even just as 'best friends.' Even in training, the pair of you managed to be even more than Kori and Dick working together.

So now here you sit, shoulder to shoulder with your best friend on a breezy Gotham night. It was rare for the Titans to have any time off, but when they did, you and your sister would always come back to Gotham with Dick and Tim. The view of the Robin with his gear in chewing bubblegum and his tongue stained red from his slushie was perfect.

"What do you think you'll do when we finally leave the Titans?" He asks, breaking the relative, comfortable silence that had settled. Timothy was always the one to ask open ended questions like that.
