Dean was on a hunt by himself. He was tracking back through the woods when he found you. A child that was left all alone. No family, friends. Nothing. It wasn't in Deans nature to leave someone behind, especially in a dangerous place. Especially a kid. You were alone, cold, and you didn't look like you had eaten or slept much. You looked almost too fragile in the pale light that hit you from in between the tree branches. Dean quickly took you back to the impala, he was exhausted from the hunt and just wanted to get out of here. You were sat silently in the backseat, every now and then he would look at you through the mirror, you were quiet for a kid, he didn't know enough to decide whether it was down to trauma or if it was just the sort of kid you were.. it could possibly be either. It was about 22:55pm and eventually Dean pulled into a small, cosy looking motel. He turned and looked at you for a moment "Hey, kiddo, ill be right back, ok?". You silently nodded in acknowledgement.
He sighed and left. Dean came back a few minutes later with a key to a motel room, he opened the car door for you to get out. The cold air made you shudder ever so slightly, to an average person this would have remained unseen. But Dean being the person he is, he saw and it made his heart ache. The two of you walked over to the motel room he had gotten you. Dean unlocked the door and you both walked in. It was nothing special, 2 double beds, a TV, a table with two chairs by the window. After about 10 minutes, Dean has washed up and came back into the room to find you sitting on one of the beds staring intently at a show on the TV. He proceeded to sit on the bed adjacent to you and then he decided to see if he could talk to you...
"hey, uhm.. my names Dean" He hesitated once he realised you had turned your attention to look at him. "What's your name, kid?" He asked in his deep but soothing voice.
