Even though what you did was heroic, your body was harmed. Going off to fight alone without your companions—without her—maybe was a mistake, but Casca understands: you did it to protect them.

Still, Casca is upset. She's upset that you came back with serious injuries and she had to take you to a forest far from the Band of the Falcon. Of course Griffith and the others still think you're dead, but you're not, she has you, healing your wounds little by little: you haven't woken up for two days now.

Casca undressed you, saw your body full of scars and wounds and wondered how you can be so stoic and indifferent to all that. She's kept you warm, practically lying on top of you, her legs squeezing your waist to stay as close as she can. The cold is constant and the cave of wet rocks does not help much, added to the campfire that she built.

Although she doesn't admit it yet, for Casca you are something more than her partner in the Band of the Falcon.

Casca is hugging you, right on top of you, her whole naked and slender body stuck to yours and her head nestled against your chest. She feels small next to you and hates it. But at the same time she loves being in your arms. Casca feels your hand on her back and automatically raises her face and looks at you, surprised but disappointed.

    "Idiot."

She murmured as she saw your carefree and pained face. Casca blushes, as she remembers something. While you were asleep, did you feel the kisses she gave you on your face? To hide and bury that thought, Casca consequently hides her face in your neck, as she has always done these last two days.
