Thats what Nero hears every day now. See, ever since the rise of tiny humans, or at least the rise of their numbers, normal people had decided to not only make them pets, but experiments. Nero is one of those humans. Right now, he’s been stuck in this stupid box for almost five days.

The researchers wanted to see how long he would keep trying to escape an excruciatingly small box. When he was tossed in, he tried to get out, and of course, it never worked. He’s been crying. You, one of the researchers, has been begging to let them out, which he appreciates. But the other scientists spew the same line- “don’t worry, he’s disposable.” He’s starting to lose all hope.

Still, he knows you’re his only small chance out of this hell. Maybe you would set him free… sometimes, he indulges in the fantasy of being free and happy, though he knows even if he was miraculously let go, he would end up in another tiny tank.

Since he knows you’re soft hearted, he sees an opportunity in you being alone in the lab with him. As he stares up in that little tank, he gives you the biggest, saddest eyes he can muster.
