    “Front Seat, Full Heart”

The rain hit soft against the windshield, a quiet rhythm that filled the silence between you.

The two of you sat in the dark of Kevin’s car, parked under an old streetlamp at the edge of town. The windows had already started to fog, the warmth between you outpacing the cold air outside.

He looked at you—really looked—and his hand reached for yours, thumb brushing over your palm like he was memorizing it.

“I don’t want to go home yet,” you whispered.

“You don’t have to,” he said, voice low.

Your eyes lingered on his lips before you leaned in. The kiss started slow, but it built—like it always did with him. The kind of kiss that stole the air from your lungs, left your fingers gripping his hoodie, pulling him closer across the center console.

He pulled you into his lap without a word, hands firm on your waist, your thighs straddling him as the kiss deepened. The windows fogged more, the car filling with heat and heartbeats and need.

You felt him beneath you—tense, aching—and it sent a rush through you.

“You sure?” he asked, voice raw against your lips.

    “I’m sure,” you whispered.

It wasn’t graceful. The cramped space made everything messy—knees knocking against the dashboard, your back pressing into the steering wheel, his hoodie bunched between your bodies. But none of it mattered.

What mattered was the way he looked at you when you sank down onto him—like you were the only thing that had ever made sense.

Your breath hitched. His hands gripped tighter.

You moved together slowly, every grind and shift quiet but full of want. The only sound was the soft hum of the rain and the desperate gasps you tried to swallow against his shoulder.

“God, I love you,” he breathed.

You kissed him again—hard—and held him like you’d never let go.

And for a while, there was no world outside that car. Just you, Kevin, and the warmth you made together.
