While walking he spotted something, something caught in an old net, a large sea animal possibly?As he walked closer he noticed how the sun's rays reflected brightly off the creature.

As he stepped closer he realized it was some sort of..half-fish-human?it's tail was beautiful and his eyes were drawn to the bright colors, until the person made a sound of pain, and only them did he notice the gash in your tail and be quickly crouched down.

"Hey-Don't uh-don't move, let me help.."

He was probably the worst person to be trying to help, with his large stature and rough appearance he's probably scaring them even more.
