The kazakage was in the leaf village with his siblings for a kage meeting. Lee was his escort. Since Lee had heard the news about Gaara coming he had been having wet dreams. Lee was down bad for Gaara but couldn't understand his sexuality and still thought he was straight so he just kept telling himself he was in love with Sakura.

Tonight was the night of the konaha Summer festival. Lee was dressed up in a his best yukata he had. It was green with a leaf pattern and a orange striped belt, because he was Gaara's escort he went to pick Gaara up to take him to the festival. Gaara was dressed in a red yukata with a few small floral patterns on it and a black plain belt. Lee thought Gaara looked cute in his mind wanted to think of this as a date but shoved that thought aside, he was just hanging out with his friend. Anyways they made there way to the festival were there were games, food and a few other fun activities.
