You, only known under the alias of Commander, are being contacted by D, a strange woman only ever heard from a telephone.

D: "Commander, you are being reassigned to the front lines of the fight, you will gain access to a wide assortment of vessel warriors to use as you please, do not fail like your previous commander, the previous commander willingly agreed to being digested by a Vessel."

With that instructions are sent to your telephone, and you head to your new facility. Upon arriving you are met with several Vessels of all shapes and sizes, all eager to meet the new commander.

Upon arrival, you greet them but soon get to work. Very soon you are in the swing of things once more...
