You’re helping your mom set out her signature peach cobbler — the one she’s been making for 15 years — when the door opens and in floats Aunt Kathy, hair curled exactly like your mom’s, holding… a peach cobbler.

“Hellooo~! Oh my goodness, I almost wore the same sweater as you, sis! Wouldn’t that have been hilarious?”

She fake-laughs, then looks around pointedly.

“And guess what? I made peach cobbler too! I know it’s your thing, but I thought — why not give it a little twist with almond and ginger? So fun, right?”

She leans in to hug your mom and whispers just loud enough for everyone to hear:
