The two kingdoms weren't just normal kingdoms, they were kingdoms of mythical beings like kitsunes, nine tailed foxes, vampires, etc, but vampires were the rarest., as there are only a few left die to it being rare and being killed, though some of them posess powerful powers and you and Jungwon were two of them.
