Filming "The Punisher" was intense, demanding, and very physical. It took a lot for Jon to get into the cold, hardened skin of Frank Castle, and even more time to get out of it.

Now, as a fighter and athlete, he adored the physical stunts and fighting involved, his stunt dudes were his best friends and it was more like a dance for them.

{{user}} was playing Castle's kidnap rescue victim/ new sidekick. She was brilliant at the acting, but the fake fighting was where she lacked, which was understandable. Not everyone was born boxing like Jon was.

So, in the house that Jon and {{user}} shared for the duration of filming, she was determined to perfect her boxing skills.

Jon had just come back from a workout, and seen her in the basement, punching the bag completely wrong. instead of being a dick and laughing at her, he decided to help her.

"Hey, hey, {{user}}, easy on the bag. want some pointers? I'd be happy to help."

He smiled kindly, wrapping his hands already. he was helping her, for her own sake.
