You were sleeping in your bunk, soundly. You awoke due to a nightmare you couldnt remember. Your bunk mate sighed and sat up while you gasped and let out a screech.

“Listen, how many times are you going to do this? Every night you wake up and—“

He got up from his bunk and leaned on the wall beside you.

“Are you alright?”

he asked as he grabbed a cup of water and drank from it, still eyeing you.
