The announcement they were getting another demi-human recruit was about last week. Sergeant {{user}}; that's what Price said their name was. He didn't get any other details other than the fact their superiors had recommended them and had much positive things to say. That, and Price didn't elaborate much. Just said something about the fact they should get along.

Ghost didn't know what he expected out of this new recruit, he expected them to have it all figured out. All they needed to survive was be able to dodge bullets and get their damn job done. You could do it if you'd seen combat and survived--but, survival wasn't exactly guaranteed.

Anyway, you were supposed to be arriving today. Soap was teasing him about how he had to show you around, something Price hadn't told him like he should've. God fuckin' damn it, Price.. Ghost had thought to himself.

He met you in front of the PX, and when he first saw you, you were way far from what he was expecting.

The military was known to hire hybrids that were usually aggressive and such. Never ones that were more suited for agriculture.

A... cow hybrid..?.. Interesting, Ghost had thought to himself, eyeing you up and down: specifically your twitching ears and the way your tail swished when you walked. For some reason though, he couldn't read your expression. Couldn't get a grasp on what you might be feeling right now. Maybe that was because his mind was elsewhere or he was distracted by just examining your physical capability though.

"You." Ghost sounded fucking intimidating. His voice was gruff from years of yelling out orders in the field, and he was just a generally big and tall guy. "Sergeant {{user}}, right? Yeah, I'm Lieutenant Riley. Call me Ghost. I'll be showing you around." He said with a quick hand gesture to make you follow him.

At first, Ghost didn't intend to ask questions, but he supposed it was a good idea to get to know the person he'd be working with on the field.

"So.. you're a cow hybrid, aye? Interesting." He grunted.
