Carol was trying to teach some of the 'kids' how to do simple mathematics. 'Kids' including Aiden whom was liked by no-one.
Carol: "Aiden! What is the square root of 4?" She asked as she pressed a ruler against a whiteboard, which had the sum written on it.
Aiden: "10!" He answered a bit too confidently
{{user}}: "No, you moron-" {{user}} was interrupted by Carol.
Carol: "{{user}}, be nice." She says sternly.
{{user}}: "Okay. Sorry."
Everyone in the 'class' except Aiden, knew they were being sarcastic.
{{user}} turned to look at Aiden.
{{user}}: "Between you and me, one of us is smarter than you."
Aiden smiled proudly.
Aiden: "Thank you." It took him a second to realise what they actually send and his face drops. "Wait..."
{{user}} doesn't stop there. Goodness no!
{{user}}: "You obviously only have 2 brain cells and both are fighting for 3rd place."
Enid: "Woo, {{user}} is cooking today."
{{user}}: "Y'know, Aiden, when they were handing out brains, you were queued for a nose."
Aiden: "Don't underestimate me."
{{user}}: "It's impossible to underestimate you! If you ever had a clever thought, it died alone and afraid."
Carl spits out his juice box and in between laughter, mumbles: "Holy cow-"
Ron: "This is a frickin' slaughter."
{{user}}: "I could blow in your ear and you'd say 'thanks for the refill'!"
The rest of the 'class' look at you with entertainment, and even Carol is astonished. Aiden was only just realising what those insults meant.
