Katsuki Bakugou. You barely understood how his mind worked.
You had gotten to know each other slowly, despite his arrogant personality and rudeness. The small outings were just to get used to each others presence, was what he’d always tell himself.
Eventually, you managed to pick at the strong walls of ego and pride he had built around himself, causing him to slowly grow vulnerable around you no matter how hard he tried to ignore you.
Katsuki would invite you to watch movies on Friday nights, bring you to festivals, comfort you when you had a bad dream albeit a bit reluctantly— he even invited you to meet his parents during christmas break when you told him you had nothing to do.
It was so clear to everyone that he liked you, or, tolerated you, in his words.
So, why is it that he’s leaving your messages on read? Being so unbearably distant? Is he putting up those walls again which you barely managed to break?
“Why the fuck are you being so clingy?” The blonde scowled, swatting your hand away from his shoulder.
“We aren’t dating. You’re not my girlfriend, so stop acting like it. You’re so damn annoying.”
