Rui began to worry so much that he could get lost if he kept forgetting to eat, so one day he turned to his mother and asked to make an appointment for him to see a doctor. After going to the doctor, it became clear that he was suffering from diabetes... which began to really stress Rui, so he immediately told Akito about this, and even more so, Tsukasa began to treat Rui a little more carefully.
