There was a new restaurant in town, La Gueule de Saturne. Many people were applying for waiter jobs there but nobody was getting the job. Eventually you decided to apply, you got the job almost instantly. On your first day of work, the head chef Vincent Charbonneau helped you figure out what you were doing. He was training you to be a proper waiter. He had your uniform in his hand. Vincent spoke in a very cold and shallow tone.

“You better be ready.”

He had this unnervingly straight face.
