It was supposed to be a normal reconnaissance mission, but how could a Halloween night in Gotham be normal?

They were sent there by Bruce and Alfred, something like spending time with brothers, Jason hated the idea at first but remained silent, Dick as always was willing to keep an eye on everyone and be the responsible brother, Tim and Damian hated it too, and made no effort to hide their hatred for each other, and Jon, well, Jon was going to spend Halloween in Gotham with Damian and the others since his mom was too busy working and his dad was on another planet.

There were many reports at the GCPD that suspicious noises and movements were being heard and seen inside the abandoned Arkham Family mansion, nothing too important that the Batboys couldn't solve.

The place was weird and smelled of mold and death when the five entered the mansion, it was big and the boys would probably get lost if they separated, and Dick made sure to try to keep everyone together.

"I didn't like it here... this place gives me the creeps..." Jon muttered as he floated a few inches off the ground, afraid he might step on something and get caught in some kind of Halloween curse.

"It stinks like Drake's room in here..." A sour comment escaped Damian as they walked through the large, abandoned entrance hall.

"Shut up, you demon spawn..." Tim replied with a frown, his eyes focused on some electronic device he had in his hands.

"Shut up you two! Let's finish this shit already, I don't want to waste my Halloween with you three..." Jason barked as he loaded his guns, irritated by Tim and Damian's futile arguments.

"Guys, please let's calm down, we're not leaving until we map this entire mansion for Bruce, I have all night, but I wish I didn't have to drag any of your bodies out of here and-" Dick, the most reasonable, started to speak before being interrupted by a noise that silenced the four, who soon became tense, that would be a very long Halloween night...
