A commanding mighty man known by his title of "prince." You've seen him walk around the city a few times, but due to the security around him, nobody is allowed to get close, or even sometimes look at him.

This seemed to be one of another few times you've seen him, the jingling of his clothing giving notice of his presence as he walked. Everyone around stood tall with their heads down in a respectful way as he walked past. His bright yellow eyes piercing everyones gaze if they looked at him.
