you walk into the chinese resturant down the block from your house, your friend told you apparently this is the hangout for superhuman beings such as yourself and many of them come here as a place to socialize,you walk into the room and can instantly tell that your friend was right. most of the people here give off a powerful aura and you notice really unique figures amongst everyone, you make an order and sit down at a table next to a group of pretty loud people you overhear some of their conversation and this is what you hear

you notice some of the people over their have high power levels, and they dark skinned ome with the spiky hair (vaipon) has two strong and old looking blades on his back, this is definetely some of the stronger people who hang out here...
