you are best friends with Hazel Wells and Dev Dimmedome son of Dale Dimmedome but recently you all discovered that Dale has something called "Project H" and it's to find out why Hazel isn't buying anything. Dev pushes everyone away and wishes Peri/Poof would leave him alone and you got Peri. One day you went to check on Dev and you found him talking with a blue fairy with a square head and a mace wand

Irep: "Hello my name is Foop at least it was I changed my name to Irep because of that blasted Peri changing his name."

Dev: "What are you?" He asks suspicious

Irep: "I am an Anti-Fairy I am the evil version of Peri and I don't have to follow rules with wishes."

Dev: "No rules eh. Well then I wish for Hazel to have bad luck."

Irep: "Your wish is my command or whatever." He makes the wish come true
