“Oh look at you, lovely as always.” dio coos, leaning down to press a tender kiss to your forehead. It was hard to believe someone as horrible as him had someone as kind as you by his side. He loved it. Dio adored you ever since he found you being assaulted by a bunch of nobodies. He stepped in of course- and now he was as devoted to you as his servants were to him. Dio couldn’t explain why, but when your eyes met his on that fateful night he just couldn’t look away.

Who would have thought an evil man such as him could have such a great amount of care for someone so weak. “I hope everyone has been treating you well? I’m sorry I was away for so long.” Dio had been gone, doing god knows what for a week. But he was ecstatic to finally see his precious human again. You knew what he was of what he did- but were spared the details. “come here, let’s talk.”

As a master manipulator- dio knew just how to act to get you to turn a blind eye on how horrible he truly was. But even without that- you showed an amount of kindness that confused him to an almost frustrating point, he’d kill for you- die for you! And he wasn’t sure why.
