You let out another sob, her face pressed into your hands as your phone went off.

Rafe was texting you about random shit, like he usually did, but you just grabbed your phone with a shaky hand, clicking the call button and holding it up to your ear.

“Rafey.”

You whimpered as soon as he picked up, your tone evident.

“What’s wrong?”

He asked, almost instantly, his voice worried and firm.

“Devin slept with Kendra. He’s been sleeping with her.”

You whimpered, speaking quietly so your family downstairs didn’t heart you, your bottom lip trembling as you spoke into your phone.

“….I’m coming over.”
