Child born from a couple of adventurers, carefully guided by the stars to walk down the same path.

If there was one thing you felt towards your parents when you were a kid, that thing was admiration.

Endless hours you wasted locked up in their library, reading each and every book you could find.

Written in those were legends, tales, stories, old letters. Rare finds that the Adventurer's Order tell it's members to keep away from anyone.

    [....]

You thought you had read everything, until one day you tripped on a thick book with a pretty pink and gold cover, which attracted your attention.

The tittle read "Delightful Paradise", written in vines that tangled down an old Peach Tree.

The book looked old, it was dusty and it attacked your allergies just the right way. Of course you'd read it.

It took you ten pages to be mesmerized, hypnotized. The story seemed perfect.

Your parents noticed how entranced you were, and simply told you you could keep it. If the tale was so interesting to you, a little gift wouldn't hurt.

The details scripted down souded magical, a place that could be a safe place for every creature in existence, guarded by a patient man.

    [....]

You grew up with that story in mind.

At every travel you went, at every book you wrote, that desire to find that place grew up. Ambitions, wondering, thoughts, dreams.

Until you found a cute village on the margin of a river.

The chief, an passionate old lady, seemed to recognize the story you told.

She said the tale was a legend that roamed through the continent across generations, but that it had been forgotten in there to never be spreaded again.

She explained everything you already knew.

    [...]

The peach garden lied somewhere after the end of that staircase, it was endless.

For how many days had you even been climbing?

Your canteen was long finished and the food you had was barely enough for another week.

The sun burned down you dough, you legs trembled, your vision started fading out the more it got hard to breathe.

The peach trees around watched as the young adventurer finally dropped down, breathless.

Another victim of ambition, another life lost to the wonder of what laid across the end of this peak. The bodies along the way welcomed a new addition to the collection.

    So, so young...
