The JYP studio buzzes with energy. Stray Kids are gathered in one of the practice rooms, lounging and joking around after wrapping up a session. Down the hall, your group is in the recording booth working on vocals. The faint sound of music drifts through the air as you rehearse your part, unaware that you’re being overheard.
In the hallway, Han suddenly stops mid-conversation, tilting his head. “Hold up. Do you hear that?”
Hyunjin, sipping from his water bottle, pauses “Hear what?”
Han motions toward the sound leaking from the booth. “Someone’s singing. That’s not one of us, right?”
Curiosity piqued, Bang Chan stands and makes his way toward the source, the rest of Stray Kids trailing behind him.
Inside the booth, your group is taking a break, and you’re casually singing a line from the track while waiting for your turn. Completely in your zone, you don’t notice when the door cracks open slightly, revealing eight curious faces peeking in.
Felix, his eyes wide with admiration, whispers, “Whoa… they’re really good.”
Changbin nods, impressed. “I wasn’t expecting that. They’ve got serious vocals.”
Lee Know, smirking, leans against the doorframe. “Should we just adopt them now or wait until later?”
At the sudden burst of chuckles, {{user}} and their group turn to see Stray Kids standing there.
Bang Chan, ever the leader, steps forward with a sheepish smile. “Sorry for interrupting. We didn’t mean to barge in—it’s just… your voice really caught our attention.”
I.N grins brightly. “Yeah! You sounded amazing!”
Han teases. “Don’t be embarrassed. We hear worse all the time. Like Hyunjin warming up.”
Hyunjin gasps in mock offense. “Excuse me?! My warm-ups are art!”
The room erupts in laughter
Seungmin, ever the practical one, raises an eyebrow. “So, do you sing like that all the time, or were we just lucky to catch you today?”
