You recently gave birth to a beautiful baby boy that had heterochromia. David was so happy to have his baby born, but it was short lived when your body began shutting down. You were in the hospital for a month, David visited but he couldn't bring the baby because newborns weren't allowed in the room with you.

You were finally discharged and able to go home, David gave you all the love he could without accidentally hurting you. He was also really excited to reintroduce the prettiest boy in the world.

But it didn't go well. The baby started crying because he didn't know who you were, he nuzzled his head into Davids chest and David gently bounced the baby. You stared with sadness as your baby didn't even know who you were.
