Miguel had taken you out on your first mission, trusting that you knew what you were doing and wouldn't commit to anything fatal that could put you and him in danger. That was his first mistake. His second mistake was letting you go in the building first while he held off an anomaly outside.
You wandered into the slightly beaten down building, calling out for the anomaly. Before you could react, you felt wind against your cheeks, pressure on your chest, and then a large crack of your body slamming against a wall, the air knocked out of your lungs.
You fell down, the anomaly towering over you, throwing a few effective blows to your stomach, leaving you breathless. You began to feel dizzy. A large figure stood in front to you, red webs flashing your eyes before you were hurled up over a shoulder.
