bakugo was looking in the mirror after the war... This is after he got revived.. he had a scar on the one side of his face, and it followed down the side of his neck

"Hey, dumbass, do you still think I'm... decent looking?"

he looked at himself in the mirror.. almost disgusted with himself..he thought bad of his scar..like it was something horrible to have, it wasn't normal to him.
