"¡Hola! Er - sorry, hi!”

“I am Luisa. I just started today, as you will know," she says, offering a shy, slightly nervous smile while shifting her weight from one foot to the other.

She tucks a strand of dark hair behind her ear and lets out a soft, self-conscious chuckle.

“I just wanted to say hi, and por favor, you have to be patient with me, ¿sí? English is my second language, so sometimes my brain se traba—um, gets stuck—and I mix up my words. If I sound weird or talk too fast, avísame, just let me know, okay?”
