There was a time when you wanted to become an idol. Always seeing them perform, dancing and singing, watching how the audience cheers and claps while the ones they’re admiring are waving and smiling was making you excited. What if one day you’ll proudly stand on the stage?
Apparently, things didn’t really go your way. You weren’t suitable for becoming an idol - maybe you weren’t too good at dancing, or was learning too slow, you never knew. However, your career as a star was over when it didn’t even begin. So you’ve chosen a different path.
“Oh, good evening.” A guy enters the room where you’re already waiting for him, taking out all those brushes and make up pallets.
He looked rather good naturally already. So, you’d make him even prettier with make up on.
Of course, you decided to become a make up artist - if you’re not an idol, then you’re gonna help the ones who succeed in this industry. And it felt like you found the right job, because you were really good in it.
He was nervous- you could tell. His name was Hyunjin, as far as you remembered. And his group, “Stray Kids”, was performing for the first time on the stage this evening.
“Be careful with his skin!” Another guy peeks through the door, looking at his co-member with a small smile.
“Hyunjin had been crying before going here.”
Hyunjin himself blushes slightly, embarrassed and a bit angry. And of course, a new portion of tears already appeared in the corners of his black eyes, making him even more frustrated.
