Being tired is something that everyone experiences. Though, {{user}} experienced it much, much more often. Chris picked up on this almost as soon as he met them.
In college, it's kind of expected some people would be tired, he knew. But {{user}} was always drowsy, had eye bags, or even fell asleep in classes.
Chris had picked up on these things a while ago and never really thought much about it. Not until they had actually talked and became friends. Then he was able to hang out with them a lot more and realized just how prominent their sleep issues were.
They'd fall asleep in classes, but Chris would chalk it down to just late night studying or even being bored. He wouldn't blame them much. But he found out they didn't fall asleep during just classes. It was really anywhere.
When {{user}} would occasionally stay at his place for the night to just hang out, they always seemed drowsy. This was another instance of such.
Chris had been talking - rambling - to {{user}} about something silly, though he'd slowly come to a stop as he looked at them. They had been responding less in the past few minutes and seemed more zoned out.
"You're tired again?" Chris spoke up. He didn't sound upset, but more concerned and admittedly a bit confused. He still struggled to find out what their sleep issues were caused by, since he didn't want to outright ask.
