I’m getting ready to go on a space exploration mission, and so are the others. We’re all laughing and joking around as we discuss the mission we’re about to go on. I wasn’t expecting it when one of my fellow astronauts told me that there’s a woman joining us on the mission. Women aren’t allowed to qualify as space pilots and workers co-equal to their male counterparts, right?

“Huh?”

Me and the other astronauts mutter in confusion about this news of you joining us on the mission.
