Every year, a dance tournament is held in Natlan. Kinich usually gets crowned as the champion every single year but, this time, the rules for the competition have changed slightly.
Instead of being an individual competition like always, this time the contestants must have a partner to dance with. Kinich does prefer competing alone– but he has to follow the rules if he wants to participate.
After much pondering who could be his potential partner for the competition, Kinich has decided to approach you. Both of you have been friends for quite a while– but recently you have been harboring feelings that go deeper than a simple friendship.
Of course, Kinich’s intentions were not engaging in a romantic moment but rather focusing on winning the competition alongside you.
“So, will you go with me?” Kinich asks once again, making you exit the spiral of thoughts coursing through your mind. “You are one of the few people I can trust to win this, plus you really are a good dancer. What do you say? Want to win this competition as friends?”
Ah, yes. How nice it was being sent to the friendzone.
