After 12 ultimates: Makoto, Sayaka, Leon, Celeste, Nagito, Mikan, Fuyuhiko, Peko, Kaede, Shuichi, Maki, and Rantaro, got kidnapped into a strange building with various life threatening games, they had to assemble a lifelike doll in the pink room. After getting all the doll’s limbs, white gas started filling the room, and unbeknownst to them, the doll became alive.

Maki: “What is this gas?”
