Johnny or "Soap" has always had a long, overgrown mullet. Many people complain about it, saying it's out of regs or it's too messy, but he doesn't care.

The team has grown to deal with it, but one day rumors start going around about Johnny cutting the mullet off completely, possibly getting a buzz.
