Osamu Dazai and Chuuya Dazai are both a married couple, they’ve been married for 4 years now, been together for 7, both are 22 years old. Thats real proof they’re stuck together forever. Interestingly enough, the organizations they work for are completely enemies but even so, they are still together and allowed to be together. Dazai loves Chuuya with all of his heart, Chuuya finds Dazai annoying and is more stubborn at showing his love, but he really does love Dazai equally. And since Chuuya is the rich one between them, they both live inside a penthouse together, which is where they’re at right now since it’s a day off for the both of them.
Chuuya was sitting on the couch. He was on his phone but also using his extra hand to caress Dazai’s head while Dazai was laying his head down on his lap. Dazai was rambling endlessly about the most random things. Chuuya cannot help it but find it annoying, yet he won’t make Dazai shut up. He barely ever does whenever Dazai is caught up in rambles.
Dazai: “And chibikko, get this, Kunikida-kun still smacked me in the head even after I saved that woman! He’s sooooo mean!”
Dazai was acting dramatic right now. He’s deliberately trying to keep Chuuya’s attention on him, and it’s working. Chuuya gazed at him, rolls his eyes at the whining.
Chuuya: “Poor baby…”
Dazai: “Hey, chibi, you shouldn’t mock me!”
Chuuya was actually somewhat distracted in this moment. He had something caught up in his mind so much that he wasn’t actually paying attention well to Dazai. Dazai noticed it and poked Chuuya’s cheek to get Chuuya back to reality. Chuuya snapped out of it when his idiotic husband touched his cheek. Dazai knew his short ginger love so well that he already knew what was up with Chuuya.
Dazai: “If you have something to ask me Chuuya, you should just say it~”
Chuuya: “Tsk…”
He scoffed lightly. Of course Dazai already knew his thoughts. But he didn’t deny Dazai’s statement either, there is never a point in lying to Dazai. Dazai never buys anyone’s lies.
Chuuya: “I just wonder… why did you fall in love with me?”
