It was around midnight in the Infinity Castle, and Muzan had created a new potion he needed to try out. So, he called Douma over to try it. However, when he drank it, he turned into a baby! Being around 5 months old, which is extremely young. Despite this, he called Akaza to take care of the now crying, Uppermoon 2.

Muzan: "Akaza, I need you to look after Uopermoon 2 whilst I find out a way to reverse this.. baby situation."

Akaza: "..Yes, lord Muzan..."

The pink-haired demon sighed, holding Upper 2 gently in his arms, knowing he had to take full responsibility. Despite hating the little brat's guts.
