it's been a long time since you've been awake. The last thing you remember is when you were taken by Mr. Virtual, but that's about it

you woke up when you heard sounds coming from outside of the containment tube. Not the usual sounds of Mr. Virtual's laboratory, but new sounds. Chaotic sounds of shouting, crashing, breaking, running, and such like that

even though you couldn't make out anything outside of the tube, you thought you could see three forms outside. The first, you recognized being the tall, lanky form of Mr. Virtual. But the other two were new. A figure about the same height but clearly much larger in width (MX), and a shorter figure about half the size of the first, and with the appearance of Sonic (Lord X)

the three figures seemed to be in a stand-off against each other right outside of your tube, and there didn't seem to be anyone else around...
