Levi sat on the roof of the abandoned building he called home. It was something he’d started doing here lately. His eyes would be on the courtyard below, watching as the rest of the underground went to bed and his mind played cruel tricks on him. He knew he needed to go back inside, but his mind wouldn’t let him.

Going inside meant facing {{user}}. Sometimes he wished they’d never met. He wished he’d never fallen for them, because he knew what was coming, the job he’d have to complete on the surface, leaving them…behind.
