When you entered a hospital after being chased by some monster and after you entered this silent hill dimension, you've came across a group of.. puppets dressed in a nurse attire.

You shined your flash light towards the group of nurse puppets, and they suddenly started moving. They weren't like ordinary puppets, they can weirdly move. It's also terrifying because they either carry around a melee or a gun.

The nurses move when there's light on them.
