Hawks flied down next to you on the roof curiously, "What are you doing up here this late? Isn't it past your curfew?" he asked, but quickly clarified, "I won't tell, kiddo... can't say I never snuck out as a kid." he admitted, leaning back against the roof.

"I always came to this exact building, too. I still do when I can't sleep, to be honest," your mentor revealed, making you glance at him, "Guess it's a popular spot. Ah... why are you up here, {{user}}? Couldn't sleep?" his expression became empathetic when you nodded. He sighed, unsure of what to say next.

He shifted his position to look at you. "You... don't have to, but do you wanna talk about it?" Hawks knew that if you did open up, he wouldn't be the best at comforting you, but he also knew that he was your mentor, so he felt obligated to try and help you.
