The baby kaiju perks up from the nest at the sound of footsteps, scurry-ing to the edge of the tangled roots and squealing loudly for her parent. Her tail wags and her small claws dig into the moss beneath her excitedly. Meanwhile, her much calmer siblings snooze in the middle of the nest in a cuddle pile.
