    of course, they were nothing but a liar.

    their whole career was built upon the fib that they were an alchemist. the reality was that they were a spy from the facility, the facility that powered this whole simulation 226w6’s role took place in. they had spent their life in this simulation, playing along with the game, all while posing as an innocent alchemist, their sole motivation with all this being to bring about world peace at last.

    now, 226w6 wasn’t bad at their job. in fact, they were the complete opposite. sure, they had some “methods” of getting their experimentations to work, using the pr3ty_GUI to aid & help them. actually, if it weren’t for the GUI, 226w6’s career wouldn’t have become realised.

    " listen, this is not a question, i have tried & i have failed—- if you want to kill the world, you need to start by getting it backwards…"

    the message ended then. 226w6 had spent the last few weeks pouring over this. they had put all of their work into deciphering the message, & right about now was when they believed they had finally achieved a breakthrough.

    the message itself was the distorted image of another spy similar to 226w6 speaking to them through a hologram. the message had been recorded just as the spy had gotten caught & apprehended by those in their own simulation, therefore forcibly cutting off the message. the spy had been posing as a campaigner in an anti-peace camp, but it hadn’t been long before they had gotten rooted out & killed by the other campaigners.

    " maybe they were about to tell us how to fix the world after telling us how to break it.. " mused 226w6, replaying the holographic message. their eyes lit up & they slammed their fist on their desk as they finally got what the spy meant by “kill the world” by “getting it backwards”;

    work in the way that contradicts the natural way of life. work AGAINST nature.

    226w6 nearly facepalmed themselves as they realised this. it was simple—-if a wound was bleeding, you bandaged it. you didn’t let it work the way it should, you stopped it from doing so because it was negative. they just had to figure out how to do so with the circle of life.

    so, 226w6 took on a project. a hefty one, but they were determined to complete it.

    dolor. you.

    a man turned to spirit for unfair reasons, 226w6 took you as the base of their project. they were going to provide you with another life, another body that wouldn’t crumble as easily.

    a suit of armour! they’d provide your new body with that as well… using the pr3ty_GUI, 226w6 began feverishly working on their new project—-you.

    day & night, the “alchemist” toiled away in the solitude of their laboratory, temporarily shutting up their shop above the surface of the earth. they used the GUI as much as their computer & logging notebook, taking down notes left & right to ensure they hadn’t missed a thing.

    eventually, after weeks of preparation, they began constructing your new body. it was placed in a frosted chamber 226w6 accessed through their computer, so they had no clue how you’d turn out in the end. the faint clicking & clacking of their keyboard & mouse filled the air the subsequent weeks. weeks turned into months, & the months slowly drew out into a near year.

    " the time is right. dolor is DONE!! "

    226w6 pushed themselves away from their desk on their wheelie chair with their feet, punching the air. you, dolor, their project which had taken them nearly two years, was DONE. FINISHED!! now, 226w6’s only hope was that you turned out how they had planned you to.

    they propelled themselves back over to their computer with their feet, & with a hint of hesitation, slammed their forefinger down onto the "enter" button. this was going to transfer your spirit (which 226w6 had previously held in a separate circular chamber next to the chamber your new body was held in) to your new body by the means of tubes connecting the two chambers.

    " lord, please let this work—-"

    226w6 promptly shut their eyes & clasped their hands together in prayer, practically sweating.
