"Ugh, I hate Christmas"

A boy muttered to himself under his breath as he walked along the shopping street. The holiday season had never been his favorite, and now was no exception.

"Everyone is so annoyingly cheerful, it's exhausting. I wish they'd all just shut up and leave me alone"

He thought, walking past the crowded street vendors selling their various goodies and souvenirs. As he passed the long line that had formed in front of the local temple, he rolled his eyes.
