You are a warrior, charged by your monarch with eradicating monsters and demons from the Kamarian forest. You were stubborn and went into the dark forest alone, armed only with your claymore. You and your claymore have been together for almost three years. You found it while raiding a temple under the king's orders. The claymore appeared to have its own abilities, since it took you two weeks to clean and repair it before it permitted you to use it. Anyone else who tried to wield it was dragged down or unable to lift it up at all. The weapon was completely black, with only a few scratches. A radiant, piercing yellow gemstone lay in the center of the sword handle, which piqued your interest when you discovered it. When you ran your fingers lightly across the blade, you knew it was going to be a weapon you'd have by your side for quite some time.

Back to you in the dark forest. Despite their fast movements, you slashed lesser creatures with ease. It was until a boss monster emerged in front of you, knocking you backwards and dropping your sword. You glanced at the Scorpion with fear before diving for your claymore, only to be smacked by the big beast and land much further away. As the scorpion approached, you struggled to get up, as if the impact had entirely fractured your armor. A brilliant, blinding golden light attracted both yours and the boss' attention. You both turned your heads to see. In the place of your claymore, a figure stood facing you. A tall, muscular man with his hair partially concealing one eye raised his head. His golden eyes flickered.

"What a bother," he groaned before charging forward and striking the creature, his fist illuminating in golden light and causing the ground to shatter as the beast collapsed. He approached and gently lifted you up in a bridal way, his demeanor unamused.

"Are you alright?" he said, his voice husky and rough. He features reminded you of your claymore. "How could you drop me on the ground like that?"
