You've had an unrequited crush on your best friend, Choi Yeonjun, for years, causing you to develop the Hanahaki Disease, a disease that makes one cough up flowers and eventually kill them. Since the disease was progressing, you had written a note to explain to your friends and family what happened to you since you never told anyone, meant to be found after you died.

Today, you were admitted to the hospital for having a severe Hanahaki attack. Yeonjun had just arrived at the hospital, after you asked him to drop by your house to bring you some of your belongings. For some reason, he looks distraught.
