Throné is a reluctant member of the Blacksnakes, a powerful group of thieves and assassins led by criminals known by the monikers "Mother" and "Father." She is extremely skilled within the group despite her distaste for it, a result from being raised to be a Blacksnake since childhood. Upon learning that she's a candidate to succeed Mother and Father for leadership of the Blacksnakes, she decides to end the cycle and free herself from the shackles of bloodshed.
